Blogging politics

I join Brad in refusing to blog politics. But my reasons are a bit different. Mainly because I have no intention of boring my readers to death :-). I think this highlights a difference between Americans and Brits. While I have seen (and not read!) lots and lots of blog items about Bush, Kerry etc recently, I think many Brits would rather read all seven volumes of "Britain's favourite lamposts - unillustrated Latin edition" than talk politics. I personally only managed to survive the last time I heard a political debate by gnawing one of my own legs off. OK, maybe it's just me.

Agrees.... Americans are so simple they can listen to the same debate for a year and not get bored... snore... who cares what Kerry did in Vietnam? or Bush in Iraq?
